Sinclair Auto Parts carries genuine national brand tools from the manufacturers below. Each brand’s warranty comes from its manufacturer, and when something goes wrong, you start with us. We know each brand’s process and handle the claim with the manufacturer for you.
How warranty claims work
- Email info@sinclairautoparts.com or text (832) 830-1466 with your order number, the product, and a photo of the problem.
- We check the manufacturer’s terms and tell you the next step. Some brands replace the tool; some repair it first at their own repair center.
- If the manufacturer needs the tool back, we tell you where to send it. Shipping to a repair center is usually yours, and the repaired or replacement tool comes back prepaid. Return labels follow each manufacturer’s policy.

ATD Tools
Sinclair Auto Parts is an authorized retailer of ATD Tools. We carry ATD hand tools, A/C and cooling-system service tools, and specialty automotive tools. Shop ATD Tools
- Warranty: limited 1-year, 2-year or lifetime coverage, depending on the product, against defects in materials and workmanship for the original purchaser. ATD repairs or replaces the tool at its option.
- Claims: ATD handles claims through the retailer you bought from, so contact us first.

Astro Pneumatic Tool Co.
We carry Astro Pneumatic air tools. Shop Astro Pneumatic
- Warranty: one-year limited warranty from first use for the original user, and a lifetime warranty on items marked “Lifetime Warranty,” such as most sockets and ratchets.
- Claims: Astro inspects air tools at its California repair center and decides whether to repair or replace them, and it pays return shipping on warranty air tools. Lifetime hand-tool claims usually start with a photo. Contact us and we’ll walk you through it.

Channellock
We carry genuine Channellock pliers, wrenches and cutting tools. Shop Channellock
- Warranty: Built Strong™ Limited Lifetime Warranty on pliers, wrenches, snips, drivers, pry bars and levels.
- Claims: Channellock inspects the tool and replaces it if it’s covered. Claims go through Channellock’s online claim form, and the tool ships to its plant in Meadville, Pennsylvania. Contact us and we’ll help you file.

- Warranty: limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects in normal use. GripEdge replaces a covered tool with the same or a similar product.

Robinair
We carry Robinair A/C service equipment, vacuum pumps and refrigerant-handling tools. Shop Robinair
- Warranty: one year from sale against defects in material and workmanship. Robinair repairs, replaces or credits a defective product; the full statement is in each product’s owner’s manual.
- Claims: covered products go back to Robinair for service. Contact us first and we’ll coordinate with Robinair.

Streamlight
We carry Streamlight work lights and flashlights. Shop Streamlight
- Warranty: limited lifetime warranty on most products; 2 years on rechargeable batteries, chargers, switches and electronics, with proof of purchase. Batteries and bulbs aren’t covered, and some series (Sidewinder, KeyMate USB, Pocket Mate, QB, Bandit) are outside the lifetime warranty.
- Claims: Streamlight repairs, replaces or refunds a defective product. Contact us first; Streamlight also runs service centers.
