These terms apply when you use sinclairautoparts.com or buy from it. By placing an order, you agree to them and to our Shipping Policy, Warranty, Refund and Returns Policy and Privacy Policy, which are part of these terms. Purchases in our eBay store follow eBay’s User Agreement and the terms shown in each listing.

The short version

• We sell genuine national brand tools and equipment to buyers in the 48 contiguous states and Puerto Rico.
• Prices are in US dollars; sales tax is added where required.
• We accept your order when it ships, which is usually within one business day.
• Where a manufacturer offers a warranty, we help you use it.

1. Who we are

Sinclair Auto Parts, LLC is a Texas limited liability company at 4830 Wilson Rd Ste 300 PMB 1032, Humble, TX 77396. Email info@sinclairautoparts.com or text (832) 830-1466.

2. Who can buy

You must be 18 or older and able to enter a binding contract. This website sells and ships to addresses in the 48 contiguous states and Puerto Rico. For Alaska, Hawaii, other US territories, APO/FPO addresses and international destinations, shop our eBay store.

3. Your account

Keep your login details private. You are responsible for activity under your account, so tell us right away if you think someone else has used it. We may close an account used for fraud or abuse.

4. Products and descriptions

We sell products made by other companies. Descriptions, specifications and images come from the manufacturer or from our own listings. We work to keep them accurate, but manufacturers change packaging and specifications, and a photo may show accessories that are sold separately.

You are responsible for confirming that a tool or part suits your vehicle, equipment and application, and for using it according to the manufacturer’s instructions and safety warnings. If something on a product page doesn’t answer your question, contact us before you order.

5. Prices and availability

Prices are in US dollars and can change without notice. The price that applies is the one shown when you place your order. Shipping and sales tax are calculated at checkout.

Availability can change between your order and our processing it. If an item is unavailable, or listed at an obvious pricing error, we contact you and either fill the order at the correct price with your approval or cancel it and refund you in full.

6. Orders and cancellations

Your order confirmation email means we received your order; it is not yet our acceptance. We accept your order when we ship it. We may decline or cancel an order, for example when an item is unavailable, a payment can’t be verified, a price is wrong or an order looks fraudulent. If we’ve charged you, we refund you in full.

To change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as you can. Orders usually ship within one business day, so one already on its way can’t be stopped; once it ships, our returns policy applies.

7. Payment

We accept credit and debit cards, Link, Amazon Pay, Klarna and Affirm through Stripe, and PayPal. By paying, you confirm you’re authorized to use that payment method. Financing through Klarna or Affirm is an agreement between you and that company. We collect sales tax where the law requires.

8. Shipping and delivery

See our Shipping Policy. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier delivers your order to the shipping address you gave us.

9. Returns, refunds and warranties

See our Warranty, Refund and Returns Policy. Where a manufacturer warranty applies, Sinclair Auto Parts handles the claim with the manufacturer for you.

10. Warranty disclaimer

Sinclair Auto Parts does not manufacture the products it sells. Each product’s warranty comes from its manufacturer. Except for that manufacturer’s warranty and any warranty that cannot be excluded under applicable law, Sinclair Auto Parts sells products and provides this website without warranties of its own, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Some states do not allow these exclusions, so they may not apply to you.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Sinclair Auto Parts’ total liability for any claim about a product or order is limited to the amount you paid for that product, and Sinclair Auto Parts is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, such as lost profits, downtime or labor costs. These limits do not take away rights you have under laws that cannot be waived.

12. Using the website

Please don’t use the site for anything unlawful, interfere with how it works, scrape it, place automated or fake orders, or try to reach parts of it you aren’t meant to. The site’s text, our own photos, design and logo belong to Sinclair Auto Parts. Manufacturer names, product names and logos are trademarks of their owners and appear here to identify the products we sell.

13. Links to other sites

Links to manufacturers, carriers, social media and other sites are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

14. Governing law and disputes

Texas law governs these terms. If you have a problem, contact us first; most issues get fixed with one email or text. If we can’t resolve it within 30 days, either of us may take the claim to the state or federal courts in Harris County, Texas, or to a small claims court that has jurisdiction.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version posted when you place an order applies to that order.

16. General

If any part of these terms can’t be enforced, the rest still applies. These terms and the policies they link to are the whole agreement between you and Sinclair Auto Parts about your use of the site and your orders. If we don’t enforce a term right away, we haven’t given up the right to enforce it later.
